DELIVERY
Delivery days are based on where your property is located. They vary by market. To find out your days, call Customer Service at 800-224-7630 or if you are a registered Web user, sign in and click the My Account link to view your days. � What if I need a delivery not on my delivery day? For off-day deliveries, please call your sales representative or customer service at 800-224-7630. � What time will my order be delivered? Delivery times vary based on your location. If you need your products delivered at a specific time, please call customer service at 800-224-7630 when placing your order, or if you are placing a web order, type in any delivery notes in the Special Instructions box. Please be specific with time restrictions. � What is the turn around time for deliveries? In order to serve you best, we ask that you place orders by 4 p.m. (EST) for the following day. � Where are my deliveries coming from if you are based in Massachusetts? We have warehouses in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Orlando and Las Vegas. Depending on your location, your product is being delivered from one of these warehouses. � Where does Progressive Gourmet deliver? We ship our product nationwide. We have warehouse in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Orlando and Las Vegas, but we also have the ability to ship overnight via Fed Ex. � Where can I find a list of products? If you are a registered Web user, click the Browse Catalog link. You can also call customer service or your sales representative for a hard copy of our most current catalog. � What if I want a product that isn't listed? If you have a special request, please talk to your sales representative. We work closely with our manufacturers and may be able to bring in special products. � What percent of your products are Trans Fat Free? A large number of our items are trans fat free. To find exactly which items, login to your account and search by "Trans Fat Free" under product categories or talk to your sales representative. � Do you carry vegetarian items? Yes, we carry a large number of Vegetarian items. To find them, login to your account and search by "Vegetarian" under product categories or talk to your sales representative. � Will you make things to order? We work closely with our manufacturers and can occasionally make items according to a customer's specifications. Talk to you sales representative about the requirements. � What is the shelf life of your product? If kept in its original packaging, our products can be kept frozen for up to one year. We recommend that once you open a case, you use it right away so that there is no risk of damaging the remaining products. � Where do you get product from? We work very closely with a variety of micro-manufacturers. Many of our items are produced exclusively for Progressive Gourmet. � Do you carry ethnic items? We carry a variety of ethnic items including Asian, Indian and Mexican. To find specific categories of items, login to your account and select the category from the drop down list. � How do I search for an entire category of products? Login to your account and select the category from the drop down list. � Where can I find nutritional information for products? The nutritional information we have is listed on the product information page. When you have located an item on our Website, click on the product name and the information we have will be displayed. You can call Customer Service at 800-224-7630 or login to your account and place an order online. � What if I need to add to an order? Currently, we do not have the capability of adding to online orders. Please call Customer Service at 800-224-7630 if you need to add on to an order. � What are the hours I can place an order? Our order phone line and online ordering are available 24 hours a day. � Do you have a minimum order amount? Our minimum for deliveries is $200 in our markets. For shipped orders, our minimum is $500. � Until what time can an order be put in for next day delivery? In order to serve you best, we ask that you place orders by 4 p.m. (EST) for the following day. � What is your return policy? We stand by our product 100%. If you are not fully satisfied with an item you ordered, we will gladly issue a refund. Can I order on the web? Yes. Login to your account and click the My Account link, then click the Create New Order link. Or just search the catalog for your items, choose your quantities and click Add to Shopping Cart. Is my pricing the same when ordering on the web? Yes, our pricing does not changed based on how you place your order. Can I add to my order on the web? At this time, we do not have the capability for this. However, we are working on changing this. How do I register for the website? Click the Request Web Registration link at the top of our home page. Fill out the form and your web registration will be processed within one business day. What if I forget my password? Click the Forgot Password link at the top of our homepage, then enter your email address or customer code. An email will be automatically sent to you. � How do I add products to my personal catalog? When you have searched and located a product in the catalog. Click the icon to add this item to your personal catalog. � Where do I get a credit application? Click the Credit Application link at the top of our homepage. Or ask your sales representative for a printed version. � How long does it take to process a credit application? It takes our accounting department three business days to process a credit application. � What if I don't want to fill out a credit application? You can always pay by credit card if you don't want to fill out a credit application. � What is your referral program? Our referral program allows you to refer a friend or colleague to Progressive Gourmet and you will each receive $100 credit towards your account. � How do I refer a friend? Login to your account and click on the PG Referral Bonus Program link and fill out the form with your colleague's information. We'll contact them and if they become a customer, you'll both receive $100 credit. � What is the phone number? Give us a call at 800-224-7630 � Who is my sales representative?
